India App Spotlight: ‘Peaks’ uses Apple Health data to help you manage your energy – 9to5Mac

Welcome to India App Spotlight. This is 9to5Mac’s weekly series where we showcase the latest apps in the world of indie apps. If you are a developer and want your app to be listed, please contact us.

If you’re an Apple Watch user, the Apple Health app has a lot of useful data based on what it can gather from the watch. However, it is not always easy to analyze this data and turn it into actionable health advice. Peaks solves one part of the problem by using sleep data to help you plan your circadian rhythm.

Top features

First, Peaks doesn’t work exclusively with the Apple Watch. Any sleep data that syncs with Apple Health will do the job.

Using sleep data, Peaks tells you exactly when your energy is at its peak. This will help you figure out when it’s most efficient to get work done, exercise, avoid caffeine, or wind down. The goal is to avoid power crashes when you don’t want them.

Peaks also provides lots of useful sleep information, allowing you to track sleep debt, recovery and sleep quality/consistency.

To make everything easily accessible, Peaks offers an Apple Watch app, complications, and iPhone home screen widgets. This makes everything incredibly easy to see at a glance. You can also add energy windows to your calendar if you want.

Download the app

Peaks is available for free in the App Store for devices running iOS 18 or watchOS 11 and later. For Peaks Pro, which unlocks widgets, custom schedules, sleep scores, and calendar integration: you can subscribe for $4.99/month or $29.99/year.
