Nintendo just released the Switch 2 upgrade Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive edition. The upgrade is $4.99 for Switch owners, or $64.99 if you buy the Switch 2 version. Don’t buy the Switch 2 version! Instead, grab a deal on the digital Switch version, which is $39.99 (originally $59.99) at GameStop and Amazon. Then upgrade for an additional $5. The physical version is also discounted, but buying digitally is the fastest way to jump in.
Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is far from the only Switch game discounted right now. GameStop, Amazon, and Walmart are offering several first-party games for up to $30 off, inclusive Princess Peach: Showtime, Super Mario RPG, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakeningand others. Even better, some of these games have received Switch 2 upgrades that don’t cost extra.
