What are the Joseph C. Belden Awards?
Named after Joseph C. Belden—a connectivity and communications pioneer—the award recognizes emerging companies and breakthrough solutions that are driving meaningful change across connected industries. From digital infrastructure and cybersecurity to industrial automation and intelligent operations, the program recognizes technologies that have measurable real-world impact.
what are we looking for?
For 2026, IT/OT convergence is a critical goalemphasizing solutions that bridge information technology and operating systems. As businesses modernize operations and connect physical and digital environments, technologies that unify these domains become essential for performance, resilience and growth.
What will the finalists get?
Finalists will receive more than just recognition. Selected innovators will gain access to industry visibility, an audience of executives, and tailored co-marketing opportunities designed to elevate their solutions and accelerate adoption. Winners will be announced live on Belden Innovation Summit, 9-11 June 2026, in Detroitwhere industry leaders will gather to explore the technologies that are shaping what comes next.
What does it take to be eligible?
Eligibility is open to small and mid-sized companies with less than $500 million in revenue and products launched on or after July 1, 2024, with at least one customer deployment.
With an extended deadline now set at February 27thInnovators have a renewed opportunity to showcase their work and join a growing community of companies defining the future of connected industries.
