Apple TV has just released the trailer for Imperfect Women, a new psychological thriller series that revolves around the aftermath of a shocking crime.
Imperfect Women Trailer Reveals New Thriller Series

If you’re into TV series that deal with crime, relationships that aren’t what they seem, and lots of twists and turns, Imperfect Women might be your next favorite show.
Imperfect Women hit Apple TV on Wednesday, March 18 with the first two episodes followed by weekly releases until April 29.
The limited series has an all-star cast that includes Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington, Kate Mara, Joel Kinnaman, Corey Stoll, Leslie Odom Jr. and others.
So far, most of Apple TV’s lineup this year has been returning series such as comedy Shrinking, thriller Hijack, and espionage series Tehran. The trend continues, with upcoming sci-fi favorites returning.
But among all-new originals, Imperfect Women is one of the best-selling series to come. I was already interested in the show, but today’s trailer made it a must watch.
Here’s Apple’s official plot summary, followed by a new trailer:
“Imperfect Women” explores a crime that destroys the lives of three women in a decades-long friendship. The unconventional thriller explores guilt and retribution, love and betrayal, and the compromises we make that irreversibly change our lives. As the investigation unfolds, so does the truth that even the closest of friendships may not be what they seem.
The premise and setting shown in the trailer are very reminiscent of Big Little Lies, the popular HBO series.
Imperfect Women is similarly based on a novel found here. But the plan is only for one season.

Apple TV is available for $12.99 per month, or you can get it at a discount through the Apple One bundle.
