Following last week’s report that Apple is set to replace its ‘SEED’ app with the ‘Sales Coach’ app, a new app is now available. Here are the details.
Sales Coach replaces SEED in the App Store
As you noticed MacRumorsinstead of ending SEED and launching a new app called Sales Coach, Apple simply updated the SEED app earlier and changed it to Sales Coach.
The updated app description reads:
Apple Sales Coach provides sales and technical resources to Apple sales partners worldwide.
Apple Sales Coach has the resources you need to be prepared for a variety of customer conversations. Stay in the loop with product announcements, program updates, sales tips and more.
With today’s update, the app gets a new Liquid Glass design, as well as an AI chatbot accessible through a new “Ask” tab that can answer questions based on Apple’s official materials and documentation.
Although the app is publicly available in the App Store, Apple notes this
the app is only available to “Apple employees and Apple retail partners” and that new users “need a partner code to complete registration”.
In addition to the updated app, the new Sales Coach platform is also available via this link.
