How to Get Your 2026 Apple Music Replay Playlist | AppleInsider

It’s not just Spotify that has a year-end wrap feature – Apple Music does too, all year long! Here’s how to get your Apple Music Replay playlist today.

Spotify has a unique feature called Spotify Wrapped that shows you the best artists, songs and genres of the year. It’s a trending feature shared across all social media at the end of every year, but Apple Music fans can’t miss it. In fact, the 2025 Replay playlist has already been released and is updated weekly.

In iOS 26, Apple Music Replay is built into the Music app, so you don’t have to jump into Safari anymore.

Apple Music Replay isn’t as deep as Spotify Wrapped, but it does offer some interesting statistics and specialized playlists. The statistics include the number of hours of music listened to in a whole year, the number of artists listened to and the top artists with the number of hours listened to each.

The Replay website is updated each month with the previous month’s data to show the top artists and tracks, plus the total number of minutes played for that month. Everything culminates at the end of the year with a special summary page.

The 2026 playlist should already appear at the bottom of the user’s “Listen Now” page if they have previously added playlists to their library. However, using the full Replay feature built into the Music app can provide more detail.

Here’s how to get Apple Music Replay stats and playlist:

  1. Go to the Apple Music app
  2. Go to the Home tab
  3. Scroll down to the section titled “Play: Your Best Music”
  4. For detailed results, select “Your (insert month) Replay is here” or “Replay ’26” and only the year’s playlist will be displayed.

When using the Play tool, visit any metric and use the Share Sheet button, the square with the arrow pointing up, to get a custom image of the entire overview or sections like Top Artists or Top Songs. Go to the playlist and add it to your library using the “+” button in the upper right corner.

A special playlist is generated every year starting a few weeks after the new year and then automatically updated every week until the end of the year. These playlists are automatically generated for each year you’ve subscribed to Apple Music — dating back to 2015, when the service launched.

The Apple Music Replay playlist displays the top 100 songs based on what you’ve listened to the most. Plus, since there’s a playlist for each year, you’ll be able to see how your musical tastes have changed over time.

Visit Apple Music Replay anytime for updated stats and playlists. The 2026 Replay Playlist is available now and will be updated with new tracks every Sunday until the end of the year. Detailed stats should show the number of songs and the number of artists already listened to, with milestones for things like 1,000 songs heard.
