Indie App Spotlight: ‘Summit’ is an all-in-one portfolio tracker for iPhone and iPad – 9to5Mac

Welcome to India App Spotlight. This is 9to5Mac’s weekly series where we showcase the latest apps in the world of indie apps. If you are a developer and want your app to be listed, please contact us.

If you are a large investor, you may find that you have accounts with different brokers. Or maybe you only invest with one broker, but you find the interface of the application very ugly. Summit solves both of these problems, providing a clean all-in-one interface for tracking all your investments across Apple devices.

Top features

Summit allows you to add all your investments in one all-encompassing place. It has a simple and easy-to-understand dashboard that shows all your investments, their value over time and the total daily change. There’s also an analytics tab that breaks down your portfolio for you – all with real-time data.

It requires manual data entry, so there’s a bit of an upfront investment of time – although the app also lets you import CSV files to make the process easier. Once you’ve got all your data, you’re off to the races.

The app will use real-time data to calculate the value of your total portfolio across all your accounts. The great thing is that if you enter a cost basis when you set up the app, it can show you exactly how well your investments have performed over time. Everything is also calculated per device. With Summit, you can easily see historical returns, how your assets are allocated and what your biggest positions are – across all your accounts.

Download the app

Summit is available for free in the App Store for iPhone and iPad users running iOS 26 and later. It will be available for Mac soon.

To get the full experience, including AI reports, deeper analysis, CSV import/export, and multiple accounts, you’ll need to subscribe to Summit Pro for $2.99/month, $24.99/year, or $49.99 for life.
