Apple’s latest wave of software updates is lighter than usual on new features, but heavy on bug fixes and security updates, with more than 35 security fixes included in iOS 26.3 and beyond.

Apple publishes details of security updates in the latest OS versions

Following the release of iOS 26.3, iOS 18.7.5, macOS Tahoe 26.3 and others, Apple has published a full list of security fixes included in the updates.

On the iPhone and iPad in particular, the list of fixes is particularly long. By my count, there are 37 security issues fixed in iOS and iPadOS 26.3.

Most of them don’t necessarily have evidence of being abused. However, there is at least one exception.

In the case of the dyld vulnerability, where “an attacker with write-to-memory capabilities may be able to execute arbitrary code,” Apple says it is “aware of the report that this issue could have been exploited in an extremely sophisticated attack against specific targeted individuals on iOS versions prior to iOS 26.”
