Meet Bad Bunny before his Super Bowl halftime show

Apple Music rolled out the red carpet for Bad Bunny on Monday as the Puerto Rican superstar prepares to headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show on February 8 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. So here’s your chance to meet Bad Bunny before the Super Bowl with a series of special programs.

Meet Bad Bunny before the Super Bowl

This week, Apple is planning a comprehensive Bad Bunny celebration. He is an artist who fundamentally reshaped global pop music on his own terms, the iPhone giant said. The partnership between Apple and Bad Bunny spans nearly a decade, so this halftime performance is especially significant for both parties. Apple Music editors first discovered his work and reached out directly to feature it on the platform, and are now watching him take on one of the biggest stages in entertainment, Apple noted.

“This is a special full-circle moment for us,” said Rachel Newman, co-head of Apple Music. “Bad Bunny is an artist we’ve championed since the very beginning, when our editors discovered his work and contacted him directly to bring it to Apple Music.”

“Having him headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show is the culmination of a deep, long-term partnership that has spanned most of the last decade, a time when he changed global pop music forever,” she added.

What Apple Music subscribers can experience

Leading up to the big game, Apple Music curates a vast collection of Bad Bunny content. Subscribers can immerse themselves in the ultimate Bad Bunny Essentials playlist.
