On March 4, Apple Experiences may follow a week of online launches

The Apple Experience logo has many layers.

Apple may go back to its marketing playbook and deliver several big product press releases over the course of a few days, then highlight them all at international “experiences” on March 4th.

The announcement of a special event on March 4 led to wild speculation about what Apple might unveil at that time. However, with so many quirks surrounding it all, it may not be as simple as people think.

on Tuesday Brave Fireball’s John Gruber suggested that Apple referring to it as an “experience” day is unusual. The choice to hold the event on a Wednesday is also unexpected, especially when you consider that Apple prefers Tuesday product announcements.

According to Gruber, Apple’s launch could take the form of several press releases spread over several days. In his example, the iPhone 17e might launch on Monday of that week, followed by iPads on Tuesday and MacBooks on Wednesday.

These three Apple Experience events would really serve as a way for influencers and reporters to get some hands-on demos. This would provide all the benefits of a typical Apple launch, with the exception of producing a keynote film or gathering people at Apple Park itself.

Not for the first time

While Apple’s action without the magic of product launches sounds unusual at the time, it’s not entirely unexpected for Apple.

Apple definitely has form for this style of product launch. All factors considered, this seems like a likely path for him to take in early March.
