Report: Apple to launch ‘at least five products’ leading up to March 4 event – 9to5Mac

Last week, Apple announced a special Apple Experience in various cities around the world – taking place on March 4th. While it’s unlikely to be a traditional Apple event, there are still “at least” five new products set to launch at the event. Bloomberg.

In the latest issue of the Power On newsletter, Mark Gurman z Bloomberg announced that Apple’s upcoming launch event will actually be a “three-day flurry of announcements,” with things kicking off on Monday, March 2, and ending with an in-person “experience” on Wednesday, March 4. So expect three days of press releases (and possibly introductory videos) without the typical keynote.

Upcoming launch

Despite no normal keynote, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that things should still be pretty exciting — with “at least” five products set to debut, including hardware, software and chips.

Those notifications could be:

Gurman describes the new budget MacBook as “highly likely,” especially given the fact that the rumored color options are included in Apple’s official invitation graphics. On the other hand, he notes that it might be “overkill” to launch both Mac Studio and Studio Display at this event, mostly just noting that they’re in the pipeline.

In addition, he notes that the iPhone 16e, M3 iPad Air, M4 MacBook Air and M4 Pro/Max MacBook Pro are very low in Apple stores. These products will very likely be updated soon.

It’s also worth noting that Gurman says the announcements could include software and chips, so we won’t necessarily see more than five new hardware products. However, Apple’s upcoming launch sounds like a very exciting start to 2026.
