Role-playing games have a special appeal to players because they offer something that other genres cannot: the chance to inhabit another life and shape its outcome. And now a sequel is coming to Apple Arcade.
“Oceanhorn 3: Legend of the Shadow Sea invites you on an epic RPG odyssey,” says developer Cornfox & Brothers. “In this all-new installment, you’ll sail across countless islands to track down a long-lost god, battle giant Titans, and rediscover the knowledge needed to bring Arcadia back to life.”
The game promises console quality visuals and deep lore, and will be a mix of exploration, combat and puzzle solving.

The game launches exclusively on Apple Arcade on March 5 — pre-order it now in the App Store. It can be played on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro.
Gaming comes with a subscription of $6.99 per month. The same fee brings access to over 200 other games, with more added monthly. And one subscription works for up to six family members. In addition, there are never hidden costs in games, as in-app purchases are prohibited.

Oceanhorn 3: Legend of the Shadow Sea isn’t the only title joining Apple Arcade on March 5th. On the same date, three more classic games from the App Store will also be added to the family-friendly service’s catalog – all free of ads and in-app purchases.
