Apple today released iOS 26.3, iPadOS 26.3, and macOS Tahoe 26.3, all of which largely focus on bug fixes and security improvements. Apple says the update addresses dozens of vulnerabilities, including one known to have been actively exploited.

This vulnerability in the dyld dynamic link editor could allow arbitrary code to run, and Apple says the flaw could be exploited in an “extremely sophisticated attack” against targeted individuals on iOS versions prior to iOS 26.

An attacker with write-to-memory capabilities may be able to execute arbitrary code. Apple is aware of reports that this issue could have been exploited in an extremely sophisticated attack against specific targeted individuals on iOS versions prior to iOS 26.

Apple says the memory corruption issue has been resolved with improved health management.

There are many other vulnerabilities that have also been fixed not only on iOS, iPadOS and macOS, but also on other Apple platforms that have been released with updates today.

Now that Apple has made these vulnerabilities public, those that were previously unexploited can now be exploited. Apple recommends that all users update their devices to iOS 26.3, iPadOS 26.3, and ‌macOS Tahoe‌ 26.3 as soon as possible.
